Announcing a Celebrity "Bounty Hunt" in ROIR System: 15:00 Eve time, Saturday 8th May
Okay ladies and gentlemen of the Eve star cluster. On Saturday 8th May at 15:00 Eve time Alexandra Belani (our esteemed Diplomatic Director) is going to be in ROIR system in Pureblind with orders to remain and fight all comers in a battle to see who claims her bounty. Alexandra will be fighting back and will evade and counterattack and use all the cunning at her disposal to make the fight an interesting one.
For the duration of this event, Jericho Fraction invites all and sundry to come and claim the bounty. We will hold nothing against anybody, and all our allies and friends are as welcome as our enemies to come and try to kill Alexandra for that lovely bounty and gorgeous corpse.
This is the time for anyone in this thread who has declared their intention to hunt Alexandra to make good on their boasts à and time indeed for those that want to see this resolved with firepower and missiles to help achieve that intention. Enough with the forum froth à come prove your right to the bounty isk with ships and courage!
Help Alexandra Belani into her next incarnation and make some money if you can! All are welcome, none refused!
Jericho Fraction cannot however vouchsafe the free passage of war enemies and tyrants from the southern regions of course. Be aware that in hunting Alex in ROIR you may be yourself hunted in turn. JF accepts no liability for ships lost and clones activated in the course of this event. But that should be no disincentive ... courage and reckless valour above all!
So, forget ridiculous 1v1 challenges à come and hunt the finest prey and prove your mettle as bounty-fighters and cunning bravos of ready wit and means.
The gauntlet is thrown à come take it up if you are able.

I'm assuming that Lianhaun got upset because it looked like Alexandra was expecting bounty money for private purposes rather than for the public stunt. Still thats all irrelevent. ROIR system will be the place to resolve these things with guns and missiles and honest combat.
PS. Come and get it Pieman ;) the Isk is just waiting.

Well I distinctly remember you ordering our fighters not to fight one on ones when you were in Jericho Fraction. Just struck me as strange that you should suddenly turn into 1on1 girl now you are cheerleading a fight rather than fighting it?
But since you ask ... Alexandra has a bounty that lots of people put there. Why exactly should lian get first dibs on that in a formal 1v1 when Alexandra wanted to run a fun event where she gets to fight all comers in a system for the honour of claiming it?
Thats the problem I think.
Lian is entirely free to come and try and claim it, but then so is everyone else. Even you.

Yep Rizmordan, we can certainly chase her as well. I think we should let extra-corp people have the first couple of shots for the form of it. But if they fail then we can certainly hunt her too. I'll probably be up there in a Crow tying it on ;) I could do with 20m.

Ah well Reiisha, nobody's perfect. But fundimentally, the thread was about a bounty claiming event thing that was supposed to be a bit of fun. I was just a bit surprised to see Lian and Miso trying to muscle it into a one on one to get first dibs on the bounty. Just seemed a bit selfish given that the intention was an all-comers free-for-all for the prize.
Still, I guess everyone has an off day.

You know that my reasons for asking the 1 on 1 is not about the money. I'm well taking care of within Evolution. I actually didn't even know about the bounty but I dont expect that will be believed anyway. And yes I think its sad asking for money for no reason at all, and that assumption was the last drop that flooded the bucket so to speak. So sorry I made you tell everything before you could get more attention for it. When I have the time I'll still be hunting Alex, with our without a bounty. And why would I have been ebayed?

A reminder: the "blow up alex and pod her for 20m bounty game" is currently live as of now.
Alexandra Belani is in ROIR system in Pureblind and will not leave alive. Anyone who wants to take this bounty is encouraged to come and have a go.
Her ship class is classified (but its not a battleship).
If nobody else turns up to make the attempt before we get bored we are going to hunt her ourselves.

Jade, this is not about you, it's not about Jericho, it's about me not liking Alex. That's all. There's no reason to fight you, because I dont like to fight friends.
I'm sorry Lianhaun, it doesn't work like that. Jericho Fraction is not the kind of corporation that steps aside and lets our members and friends get targetted for assassination without getting involved. If you hate one of my comrades and promise them attack and hostility then its my duty to protect them.
I don't care what your issue is, or why you don't like my corpmate, but if you want to destroy the assets and equipment and lives of Jericho Pilots then it becomes my concern and so I repeat:
If you want a vendetta with Jericho then start at the top.

I beg to disagree. If you threaten one of my corpmates and pilots then you do have something against Jericho Fraction and you do have something against me. There isn't a single reputable corporation in Eve that would stand by and allow a more junior pilot to be bullied by an experienced combatent from outside the corporation. It's not "alex's battle" its our battle. And if you maintain your intention to conduct hostile attack on my corp mate then you are making a decision to void our friendship in favour of your own personal vendetta.
If you feel you need to do that then its entirely your choice.
I will be waiting to fight you if and when you decide our friendship is no longer something you care about.

I suspect you'll get to see my battleship get blown up when the fight happens Joshua. I am under no illusions that Lianhaun is a much better combat pilot than I am. But then, I'm a better combat pilot than Alexandra is, so at least this way it will be a fairer fight and a little more spectacle. It does sadden me greatly that its come to this (with help from miso's goading) but I honestly cannot stand by and watch a member of my corporation get bullied in this vicious and public manner.
Its not in my nature to let fear dominate my actions.
